Fingerprints enrolled on a TimeWorksTouch clock will be synced to other TimeWorksTouch clocks* on a site. This process is automatic and involves the enrolling clock uploading the fingerprints to our severs. Then, any additional clocks on the site will download those prints. This happens within moments of fingerprint enrollment but, does require the clock to be connected to the internet. While not necessary, if you want to manually synchronize fingerprints after enrollment, follow these steps:
From the clock entry screen, access the Settings Page with the gear icon at the top right of the screen
Login with your timekeeping credentials
Choose the Fingerprints tab. It may already be selected.
Select Sync Fingerprint Data
*Fingerprints enrolled on TimeWorksTouch are not compatible with our other biometric clocks. Conversely, if employees are enrolled on a different biometric clock, those print templates are not compatible with TimeWorksTouch.
